It is our goal at Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC to provide outstanding friendly service, fresh clean cabins, and a wonderful taste of old Nauvoo that will provide our guests with an experience that will encourage their return trips year after year. Our policies are necessary in order to provide great customer service to our guests. We look forward to serving you.
RESERVATION POLICY: Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC accepts reservations up to a year prior to your check in date. Reservations are considered a valid confirmed reservation once you have received a confirmation number and email from Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC. Guests who do not have a confirmation number cannot be guaranteed the availability of any cabin. Any correspondence, notes, emails, or phone calls between you and Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC is not a confirmed reservation unless it clearly states a reservation confirmation number and an advanced payment has been received by Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC for the reservation.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Due to the high and early demand for reservations Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC requires an advanced payment of 50% of your total reservation amount, payable at the time of booking. This payment will be charged to your credit card when you book and confirm a reservation in our system. The balance of your account is due prior to or at check-in. Your payment is refundable only when you have cancelled your reservation 30 days prior to your reserved check-in date; however a 20% cancellation fee will be withheld from your refund. Once you are within 30 days of your reserved check-in date, our policy is that your advanced payment is no longer refundable. We would be happy to apply it to another reservation date, or place it on hold for up to one year until you find another time to visit. Please be informed that your payment will not be refunded once you have checked in on your reserved date. You are fully responsible for all amounts due. You may not cancel any portion of your reservation, or avoid full payment of a reservation by checking out early.
CHECKING IN & OUT: Checking-in to Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC is after 3:00 PM inside the Main Lodge Hotel Lobby during normal business hours which are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday, Sunday the office is closed. If you will be arriving after the lobby has closed there will be a check-in packet with your cabin information and key located in our after-hours check-in box at the front door of the Main Lodge Lobby. Assistance is always available by calling the Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC phone number 217-453-9000. Cabin names are clearly marked on the outside of each cabin. Our address is: 65 North Winchester Street Nauvoo, IL 62354. You can easily see the Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC Wagon sign on the corner of HWY 96 and North Winchester. Your suite will be available for check-in at 3:00 PM on the date of your arrival and we kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure (10:00 AM on Sunday). Please make prior arrangements if you require a late check-out. Checking out later than 11:00 AM could result in a late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour.
OTHER POLICIES: Guests traveling with children are responsible for their care. Nauvoo Log Cabins LLC does not offer daycare, and children are not allowed to be left alone in any overnight accommodations by law. Minors must be accompanied by an adult when visiting our Museum.
We are a non-smoking and pet free facility; there is a $200.00 fee for smoking or having pets in our cabins.
Excessive cleaning fee may be charged at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Kitchens are to be left clean.
HOUSEKEEPING: We are happy to provide additional fresh towels, soap, and shampoo upon request. Every third day our housekeeping staff will freshen-up your cabin and restock supplies. There is a coin operated laundry facility located at the main lodge.
