Reservation Policy

Early reservations help ensure availability of lodging Call (217) 453-9000 to reserve a cabin. Reservations less than 10 days from check-in-date need no deposit. To reserve a cabin more than 10 days out will require a 50% deposit payable to Nauvoo Log Cabins with check or money order. After making your reservation over the phone send your deposit to:

When we receive your deposit, we will send you a Reservation and Deposit confirmation, along with a Nauvoo visitors guide and map. The reservation balance of 50% shown on your confirmation will be due upon arrival payable with check, cash, money order or travelers checks.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 20 days from check-in-date are fully refundable less a 10% administration fee per cabin per day. Cancellations made 20 days or less from check-in-date will be refunded the deposit only if we are able to rent the cabin to another party.

Housekeeping Policy

Our housekeeping staff will clean cabins on every third day of your stay, unless other arrangements are made. Clean towels will be provided at any time.
